Owner: City of Phoenix, Arizona

Use: Performing Arts Center

General Contractor: Hunt Construction

Renovation: 55,000 Square Ft. roof with 1 1/2" roof insulation package.

Challenges: Limited access, downtown traffic control, and multiple construction projects downtown at the same time.

Project Specific: Unique walkways and tall building. Sprayfoam removed existing roofing and hazardous materials and installed new expansion joints.
