Villagio Apartments Homes
Villagio Apartment Homes is a community of one, two, and three story buildings comprised of both tile and flat roofs. Sprayfoam Southwest was contracted to install new foam roofing rather than other types of roof systems proposed by other contractors on the 228,000 square foot of flat roofs to provide added insulation. The added insulation has provided for real cost savings in electric usage for the owner and renters.
