Woodglen Square II Condominiums
Woodglen II H.O.A. had experienced problems with their 25 year old tile roofs for the last 5 years. Sprayfoam Southwest was awarded the contract to replace the tile roofs on all 22 buildings based on our safety plan and our experience with working on limited access projects. Many of the buildings were far removed from parking areas that complicated the job. Sprayfoam Southwest was able to remove and install new tile roofs on this 200,000 sq ft project in less than 90 days with minimal impact to the landscaping and to the residents.
